Sure. Would the big boys be bothered? This is a definitely a
non-profit venture for Opera and DART. The "Celtic" languages are
endangered.

Download the browser today from
www.opera.com.
BTW, the latest Opera, v5.x can be converted by copying *.lng files to
language directory & then changing language preferences in browser.
Seems to work OK so far.
