Wait know I see what you mean. It's when you click on a mailto: link
located in a message in the TBUDL folder (holding the macro). It adds the %TO
adress to the To: field of the new message.

Is there not an extra macro. I've read that in 1.53 there is a IF
statement. Better is to  adjust the macro by the bat developers.

That The Bat uses the same account holding the mailto: while creating
the new message is better for me. Although I can understand people
that they don't like it. So it should be an option.
