When you click a mailto: link in your browser, does it bring up
TB!? And the correct account?
In account properties for that account do you have the General|'This
account is the default for "mailto:" URLs' checked?
If yes, how do you have the palm sync tool set for mail? (and what
version of all tools are you running?)
