Ok, I tried installing the latest version. Performed a reboot of the machine as well, just to be sure and the problem is not fixed.
So, when I send an e-mail it's still taking 15 - 30 seconds for the message to "go away" and TB is hung while this process is happening. Any other suggestions? Michael T.
