I had mentioned this and its just a name.. You are calling it Admin which is
just fine.

Filters are also fine...

Fine

UN Check the options of Check mail at start up and Check Mail periodically in
the Account->Properties->Options. Also Un check 'Ignore Check All accounts'

Explained by Allie...

Right.

I thought you had set up different accounts for each user. In which case each
user (and the Admin) can set Account level password so that the Account is
not visible. (However I would suggest that you check if the messages are moved
if the Account is locked - Since I use the machine by myself have never needed
the password and never checked the same)

You can use the command line parameter "path/The Bat /checkAdmin" to check mail
of the Admin account. No Space between Check & Account Name. However if your
account name has a space in it then use quotes to enclose the name.

/send can be used for sending mail. Same rules as check mail

What you could then do is to use the Windows Scheduler to schedule Check & send at
regular intervals.

Your Wish is TB's command.

TGIF, Have a great weekend!
