Historians believe that Sat, 21 Jul 2001 at 20:01 GMT -02-30 was when,
Mars Descent [MD] typed the following:

Windows 98 (and others I'm sure) has this feature. Goto the Control
Panel and check out the Accessibility Options. You may need to modify
your installation to have access to this feature.
