The best way to do this is by using AB-level templates.

Not really. I have addresses in time zone GMT+7, GMT+8, GMT+1, but
already cancelled my GMT-5 one. I would be very careful with time
zones, I know people in Canada who use GMX, sometimes via the web and
sometimes via an email client (which would give them a different
language in your reply), and others, for example in Germany, who use
Yahoo or Hotmail accounts and post via the web surface.
On top of that, I know people in all of these time zones who speak
German, and equally many who don't.

It *is* possible, via a complicated RegEx. If you are still
interested, maybe someone over in the TBTECH list can help you create
one.
