Support from RitLabs

Hello, Does anyone know of a valid email address for RitLabs that I can use to get a question answered? Their web site says to use [EMAIL PROTECTED] or the Help->Feedback->Information Request option in the menu. I've tried them both but the messages come back as non-deliverable. -- Jack http:/
