TB! is asking for log on credentials?

Hi All, After many years of never having to log onto TB!, this morning out of the blue I'm asked to supply log on credentials. The box is entitled "Log on to The Bat!" and is asking for "User" and "Password". I never set these. Everyone who has access to that machine swears that they didn't tou
