Just a guess - I havn't tried it but I think this might help:
Add a space behind the .exe so Dos sees that the next part is an
option:
C:\Program Files\The Bat!\thebat.exe/export[F=xxx's Subject]

I guess I don't understand the concept of using the 'export' command
line structure.
I'm trying to export/archive a now-defunct folder in my folder list.
At a DOS prompt I entered the following:
