Why does it make noise?

Hello TBUDL, I installed the bat, registered it and am using it. When I use it, it makes a little noise every time it checks the mail or sends the mail. I have turned off all sounds and set the availalbe time for sounds to 0:00-0:00. I want this program to be 100% quite. How do I do
