question on buying a licsense

Hello TBUDL, hello my name is Nicholas i am 13 years old i use the bat constantly (sine i got it a week or so ago) i want to but a license and i don't know which one i should buy. is there really a difference between them? should i get a student or a personal? i am not sure. Thanks! -
