[tcpdump-workers] Cross layer design

HI I want to implement a cross layer approach. i want to pass the network information such as delay from the MAC layer to Network layer. Can you tell me the way i am new to this. i am using linux (fedora). Can pcap library can help in this regard - This is the tcpdump-workers list. Visit
