We use a web based/email capable Sensaphone IMS-4000 system which uses ropes for the water detection. We had a legacy system in place but went through a major upgrade a few years ago to this system for better reporting, history reports and an expandable via networking monitoring ability. Jim E

The leak/moisture detection system that we were using in our data center wore out its welcome and we had it removed. It had a lot of false alarms and it didn't have an Ethernet/IP interface, so we had to rely on the building automation to read it for us and send us alerts. Most of the alarms w
