Dan, on Switch3, make sure it is a VTP client, and your VTP Domain and
VTP password match
show vtp status
show vtp password
Any VLAN created on Switch 1 should propagate down to switch 3 if
trunks and VTP are set correctly.

send the configuration of the uplink ports between the layer2
switches(show interface trunk AND show cdp ne) and the vtp
configuration of the two switches (show vtp status)
