Service Contact Center Lead SAP/CRM):

This position will have the primary responsibility for designing and driving
the development of the Lenovo Global Services Contact Center solutions. You
will serve as the subject matter expert for the Lenovo Global Services
organization and work closely with the Services global business operations
teams to understand Lenovo's call center support strategy.  You will be
responsible for defining and documenting the detailed process flows and
technical requirements to then work directly with the technical teams (both
local and off-shore) through blueprint, development, and realization of the
I/T solution(s).



*Strong candidates will possess 7+ years experience with SAP CRM Call Center
and must be familiar with IVR & CTI technologies. This person must be able
to manage complexity and deal with ambiguity.  This candidate will also have
strong skills and knowledge around application software, complex problem
solving, and a proven track record of meeting objectives. The ideal
candidate will possess experience in multiple SAP implementations specific
to Services call center, delivery, and support function.  The candidate
should bring industry experience and knowledge of call center "best
practices". CRM 7 is HIGHLY preferred*
