Our client is looking for a Business Systems Analyst for a 3-4 month contract in Kingston, Rhode Island. Candidate must be able to communicate clearly and have some .NET experience.
POSITION PURPOSE: The analyst will collaborate with the business, IT colleagues, and process teams (BPA’s), to identify user requirements and recommend architectural and functional solutions. The BSA will share responsibility with other team members to ensure on-time application delivery, which requires a clear understanding of expectations and capabilities and the ability to act effectively as a team member. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Work with the Business team to elicit business requirements and generate Functional Spec’s - Analysis of existing systems - GAP analysis - Create process flow documentation - Assist in the creation of test plans and participate in the test cycle - Assist in the training pan and training cycle - Supporting the PM in prioritizing requirements EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE - 3-4 years business analysis in complex systems - Experience in a project delivery environment - Must have a technical understanding of Web / .Net / SQL server - SQL skills required for trouble shooting - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Take ownership for actions while overcoming obstacles to achieving the business objectives. - Perform a wide variety of tasks and change focus quickly as the business demands change . - Understanding of the relevant business process - Understanding of full SDLC NICE TO HAVE SKILLS - Lotus Notes - Marketing Sytems - CRM - Data migration - Data matching Warm Regards, Priya Altech Star, Inc Princeton, NJ 08540 609-520-9000 X 18 Fax: 609-520-9005 pr...@altechstar.com .
