We have a position available in Warwick, RI for a .NET Developer/Database Developer. The position is a 50/50 split so we need candidates who have extensive experience in each. Our client wants 2 skill sets in 1 person so that is what we must provide.
It will last 3-6 months Candidates must currently be located on the East Coast. Our client is seeking a senior level developer with strong .net and database skills in both SQL Server and Oracle. Candidates will be given the scope and then need to architect the system. The first phase of the system includes migration of data from SQL Server to Oracle. All of the Reporting will be done in SQL and the transactions will be in oracle. The system will help facilitate and proces incoming data from clients and then direct it back to clients in a standardized process. The next phase will be to develop a .Net application that interfaces with these data feeds. Candidates need to work independently.
