Location: NYC
Duration: 3 Months Plus
Daily rate based on an 8 hour day. $500 a day.
10/10 Comp Skills are a MUST!!
MUST HAVE WORKED IN A TRADING ENVIRONMENT.

Client  seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our Technology team in the Software Quality Management Group.
The position responsibilities/job duties include but are not limited to:
  • Review existing test cases and understand business functionality from testers/detailed functional specifications
  • Understand different components of the automation framework
  • Convert manual test cases to automated test scripts in MS excel
  • Report on automation progress to Test lead/Managers.
Required Experience
Candidate must meet the following criteria:
  • 2-5 plus years of relevant IT experience.
  • Knowledge of computer programming languages (Python, VBA).
  • Knowledge of basic Linux commands.
  • Experience with test automation.
  • Experience with developing test scripts and test plans.
  • Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Familiarity with Process and Procedures as they pertain to test and industry standards.
  • Financial industry experience (stocks, options, futures) a strong plus.
  • Must be self starter and have the ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Strong analytical skills and multi-tasking required.
