Job Title : *Java Developer *Location : Herndon, VA Duration : 6 Months Contract Required Skill: This position is for a Senior Java Developer, (having strong recent development experience), This group is responsible for designing and engineering of enterprise provisioning system for High Speed Data, Voice (VoIP), and Video. A successful applicant must be able to understand requirements and design documents for generating solid code and implementation. This skill is imperative to produce reliable and cost-effective technical solutions.Ability to understand design and develop applications in Java by using following technologies: Webservices, Weblogic Integration (JPDs & Controls), XML, EJB, JMS, JAVA, RMI, JDBC, JNDI, Oracle DB and UNIX. Successful candidate should have recent hands-on development experience in these technologies along with decent back ground in writing unit test with JUnit. Design patterns and Spring framework experience is highly desired. Ability to perform application development by using Weblogic or JBOSS application server; Ability to write build and installation scripts by using ANT and UNIX shell. Ability to program systems using ORACLE DB and LDAP as enterprise data store.
