Position: Sr. Business Analyst w/d Health Care Exp Location: Richardson, TX Duration: 6+ Months Description/Responsibility: Work with a team of business analysts responsible for the overall requirements deliverable on the BH Project Elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements based on assigned project workstreams. Define and manage requirement sets throughout the project life-cycle Provide traceability across the project life-cycle, tracking requirements status, managing changes to requirements and versions of requirement specifications, and tracing individual requirements to other project phases and work products. . BASIC Description: 1. Work as a liaison among stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies for one or many information systems. 2. Define and document business, user, functional, and system requirements using appropriate documentation techniques to describe statements of the goals, objectives, or needs of a particular stakeholder or group of stakeholders (on projects of high complexity). 3. Work with business partners within multiple business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies. 4. Translate high-level business requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization and manage changes to such specifications. 5. Obtain consensus by facilitating communication between business unit(s) and IT from initial requirements to final implementation. 6. Provide estimates for project management and change management activities through analysis of requirements effort, resources, and technology. 7. Participate in formulating and defining system solutions and objectives, based on user needs and a thorough understanding of business processes.
