Production Hardware configuration and OS details (Virtualization, global zone and local zones) Role - Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for the BPM applications which consists of: o Provide the next level of escalation support, beyond Level 1, for production incidents; o Collaborate with Level 1 Support to provide triage support as required to identify production incidents; o Collaborate with Consumer Small Business Banking (CSBB) Technology Level 2 Support to provide triage support as required to identify production incidents; o Log production incidents that have been identified as Production Defects in clients Peregrine system; o Track and report status on Production Defects; o Determine the appropriate resolution to a given Production Defect and design and implement the resolution as appropriate; o Report on the status of Production Defects as required by Client Level 2 and Level 3 support processes.
