(mix of new coding and maintenance). 3. *Object Oriented (OO) Design* and application experience. 4. Web specific software Design and development, experience. 5. *Messaging middleware experience. * 6. Enterprise Java System design and development experience. 7. *Web service* experience using *SOAP.* 8. Experience parsing and *creating XML messages*. 9. Experience with WebSphere, Java and J2EE as enablers. 10. Experience end-to-end solutions including OO objects, Data Objects, Abstract layers. *Nice To Have Skills: * 1.
