JAVA / VIGNETTE TESTER LOCATION: CHICAGO, IL PREFER US CITIZENS / GC's / EAD's (but will consider exceptional H1B candidates) PREFER Candidates local to Illinois (but will consider exceptional out of state candidates) Description: The ideal candidate will be a Java / Vignette Developer who is passionate about testing and wants to be focused on software testing. We are looking for a software testing professional who is experienced working directly with a development team, on a variety of platforms.Responsibilities include testing software products, which include desktop GUI apps, web apps, and web services.
The candidates are expected to have worked on large scale website and content management solutions in large size enterprises and to have to have an excellent technical understanding related to Vignette CMS 7.311 or later and/or Vignette Portal Version 7.3 or later. Ideally the Candidate should have directly worked on Vignette technology for 3 to 4 years. Excellent Communication and Problem Solving skills. Desire to work directly with clients and business users.
