Duration: 6+ Months Rate: $50/Hr + Expenses. Description: The team is looking for a senior business leader with strong clinical development expertise and knowledge of system development and deployment. This role on the program team will be responsible for directing, supervising and managing several complex, global business functions within the CTMS (clinical trials management software) program, ensuring quality business and system deliverables on time, in accordance with SOPs, policies, practices and within budget. RESPONSIBILITIES * Evaluate probability and the impact of risks, develop and implement quality and risk management plans for minimizing impact on project objectives and deliverables. * Work with project managers to develop & update project plans for all phases of the project lifecycle. * Establish resource plans, milestones, tracking metrics, and success measures. Continually review and ensure adequate resources & content is available to meet project deliverables and milestones. * Provide technical leadership and management of CTMS projects from conception through deployment. * We need people with excellent communication skills.
