Title: Sr. Java Project Manager/Technical Delivery Manager (2 Openings)
Location: Owings Mills, MD Duration: 6 Months Rate: $57-60/Hr Role / Duties: * Technical Delivery Manager responsible for defining project detail scope, guidelines, and coordination of resources to execute project. * Communicate deliverables/milestones, and will direct staff internally and/or externally to ensure on-time, on-budget, and in spec delivery of product/project. * Project Managers understand a multitude of methodologies and have a strong technical background. * May participate in client presentations. Required Skills: * 6+ years of Project Management / Technical Delivery experience. * Experience delivering technical applications full life cycle (requirements through implementation). * Experience delivering in highly complex environments with a strong track record in delivery. * Strong technical background with an understanding of a multitude of methodologies. * Hands on experience with Web Portals (JAVA/J2EE), vendor integration (COTS & Custom Code Products). * Hand on experience developing & managing distributed applications. * Excellent verbal and written communications skills. * Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. * Health Insurance industry experience preferred.
