App Developer ( Java/J2EE -Network Engineer)
San Jose, CA

An app development background (critical 50%) With technologies used in Cisco 
IT (Java/J2EE, Oracle DB, Web Services, AJAX/CSS/Java Script/UI) An App 
performance tuning experience not necessarily from n/w perspective. (major 
30%) Application infrastructure understanding (Load balancing, 
logical-physical deployment at very high level) What can caching do for you, 
what can you cache( at least a very basic understanding of caching) 
Theoretical understanding about core Networking concepts (minor 20%) TCP, 
SYN/ACK/RST, MTU, MSS, Routing, DNS or ability to pick up the theory, 
someone with a BS/MS in comp science should have had learnt them already or 
be able to pick these concepts up in 2-3 weeks time. Experience with wire 
shark/tcpdump/opnet (bonus)
Prefer Candidate worked in Cisco before.
