He/she will also be backing up in with Autonomy support, including with the Email archival tool and e-Discovery/legal hold tool (ALH). Required Skills 1. 7 plus years experience in software implementation and development 2. 5 plus years experience in MS Exchange Engineering with 2 years in the pharmaceutical industry 3. Experience supporting MS Exchange and/or Autonomy EAS and Aungate Legal Hold (ALH) software. 4. Strong knowledge of relational database products (e.g. ORACLE 10g) 5. SQL Plus, PL/SQL and Store Procedures with various data sources. 6. Ability to design, test, document, build and maintain email archival applications such as Autonomy 7. Strong knowledge of Outlook archived .PST files and how they are integrated with the Autonomy EAS tool 8.
