Title: MS Project Planner
Location: Bartlesville, OK
Duration: 12 plus months
Responsibilities
1. Providing planning expertise throughout the phases of the project life cycle – Initiating, Planning, Executing, Controlling, Closing
2. Working with the project manager to develop a project schedule that adheres to and maintains the key planning and controlling elements.
3. Creating the project work breakdown structure, preparing cost reports and providing cost analysis, setup and maintenance of earned value progress reporting, variance reporting, status reporting, and resource analysis and balancing.
4. Interface with the Project Manager to ensure task data is incorporated into the integrated project schedule
5. Incorporate approved change orders into the project schedule and reports
Required Skills
1. Demonstrated 2 + years of in-depth project management experience on IT projects.
2. Thorough knowledge and minimum 2 years experience using MS Project to build project plans and track project progress
3. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
