Clearance good to have but not mandatory*** * * * * *General Experience:* *Must have 12 years of progressive experience in developing state-of-the-art mission critical web based applications progressing from design/developer roles to team lead/project lead positions* *Project Lead Description:** * Performs day-to-day management of development team/vendor team tasks including the interfacing with QA Testing and Business requirements leads as needed Manages and guides team in their daily tasks - Ability to react and provide quick turnaround to client requirements and management requests - Interface with Business requirements team and prepare specifications - Provide Project Support as and when required - Work closely with Production support if required during and post-project deployment - Ability to prepare project plans - Familiarity with SDCL processes and RAD methodology - Manage communications with Business requirements teams and QA testing teams - Assist Project Manager in developing project requirements - Notify Project Manager concerning bottlenecks, problems, issues, and concerns - Provides technical guidance to the project team in performance of the work, and reviews/facilitates reviews of the quality of all work products - Candidate should be have performed at the Project Leader level and above - Candidate will need some prior hands-on programming experience in a technical environment, including Client Server and Web Development - Excellent organization skills, demonstrated sense of responsibility and capability to deliver quickly - Excellent communication skills - Relationship builder and team player - Ability to respond under pressure to many demands Technologies include: *Java/J2EE, Imaging, ICR/OCR, Workflow, Business Rules engines, Design Patterns, UML/OOP, Weblogic or WebSphere, familiarity with Oracle, SQL * *Must have hands-on *technology experience in the past *Education: *B.A. or B.S. degree or 6 years of equivalent experience in a related field.
