INTERVIEW: Phone first (mostly checking comm skills and going over the resume)
2nd F2F interview in Phoenix on November 17, 18 & 19th
START: Dec 1st
The QA positions will predominately use manual testing. They will need to be
able to create test plans based on the stories that will be worked on for that
iteration. These test plans do not need to be perfect, but will need to
demonstrate the actions the testers will take to validate the various features
being worked on.
The plans can be made with either Excel or Word, so I'm not too worried about
tool knowledge.
They will need good communication skills and be prepared to work closely with
developers. In many instances, they will need to converse directly
With the developer regarding implementation of the feature they are tasked with
testing.

coding background, testing and development background

similar to the Tagger project
Phoenix, AZ (1 Manual QA resource needed) - Web based tester focus on interface
Phoenix, AZ (2 Manual QA resources needed) - 1 general web application tester
