Responsibilities:
.Execute CSS sanity Suite, debug failures, fix false failures, and report
status.
.Execute ROD Suites, commission test suites, bring up the test beds, debug
failures, raise lab failures tickets and work with lab team in resolving,
monitor and maintain the setup.
.Effective design of test beds for the execution of the Regression Suite
will also be part of the job
Requirements:
.A minimum of BSEE/ BSCS with 3 years of related experience is required.
.Should have sound technical knowledge and orientation with a focus on
system testing of networking gears.
Experience:
* Knowledge of BSD Unix, Windows NT,
* Junos knowledge is preferred but not desired.
* Knowledge of firewalls, Routers and switches.
* Knowledge of networking protocols such as IPV4 and IPV6.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent working knowledge of Third Party Testers like Agilent N2X
/
* IXIA / Spirent.
* Excellent automation skills and tool development skills. Should be
good on
* preferably Perl, Shell scripts,TCL/TK
* .Knowledge of layer 3 Protocols and routing.
* Executing and Debugging regression failures requires skill in the
above
mentioned areas along with programming knowledge in languages like
Perl,
* TCL Reporting failures to development requires thorough
understanding of
the problem and ability to narrow down the problem to precise scope.
