Java Application Development experience, must be able to architect and
perform hands on development - suggest processes, tools, best practices.
Solid core Java developer in an enterprise large data systems environment.
Must have experience with MVC architecture, struts, JSP, some Servlets, Java
API development.
Architect and design platform
Design presentation layer development
*On the database side:*
Well Versed with Database concepts.
Expertise writing simple/complex SQL Queries, SQL Performance Tuning using
execute plan etc.
Ability to understand DB schemas , DDL’s to create indexes, tables,
normalization etc
PL/SQL is not reqd.
This is a lean team so the candidate must be able to actively architect and
develop the platform as well as develop SQL Queries.
The interview process is rigorous…will include phone
interview(s) and then 4- 5 hour onsite white board, problem solving
interview.
