Position : Network/Systems Architect Location : Fort Worth, Texas (prefer locals) Duration : 18 months Rate : Open *Job Description:* The Jet stream System Architect will work with the Client and HP architecture teams to produce a cross platform system architecture view of the Jet stream program. This individual will collaborate with Application, Infrastructure, Network, and Data Architects across Client to ensure that all aspects of the Client technology organizations are represented in the overall system architecture. This architect will participate in weekly Jet stream Architecture Review Meetings (ARM) and architecture overviews for projects / programs related to the Jet stream future state system. The Jet stream Systems Architect must understand the fundamentals of BPM and interact with the IT and Business units throughout BPM and IT Decomposition efforts. *Required Experience:* • 10+ years technical expertise in architecting, designing, and implementing enterprise integration solutions • Hands-on experience as an Application, System and SOA Architect • Expert in BPM and SOA based technologies provided by vendors such as IBM, BEA, Microsoft, SUN • Strong Architecture skills with an understanding and/or development experience in XML, SOAP, UDDI, J2EE, .Net, WS-Security, ITIL processes, SOA Governance, Web Services Management tools, and Object Oriented Programming • Hands-on experience with UML, Enterprise Architecture, and XML/Schema documentation tools (including tools like Visio, WebSphere Integration Developer, XMLSpy, Rational Software Architect, etc.) • Strong business process and requirements analysis skills • Demonstrated experience with Enterprise Integration technologies such as MQSI, Message Broker v5/v6, WebSphere Process Server, or CrossWorlds *Required Skills*: • Excellent technical, organizational, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills Does Contractor Need Their Own Laptop?
