The skills, experience, and knowledge required to be considered for this position include: . 5 years of experience in a Technical Lead, Software Architect, or similar role . 6 years of experience developing applications using .NET framework 1.1 and 2.0 (ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET, and ADO.NET) . 4 years of documented experience as a team lead (or similar) mentoring junior programmers in ASP.NET application development . 6 years of demonstrated experience with web application development using .NET, JavaScript, and XML, XSL to create interactive web forms . 3 years of software development with experience with MS SQL Server 2000 or 2005 . 2 years of experience working with web services (SOAP/XML, REST, etc.) Desirable Skills/Experience: . 2 years of experience with API development, MQ Series, and at least one programming language . 2 years of experience developing reports using SQL reporting services . 2 years of demonstrated experience with Java Script . 2 years of demonstrated experience with HTML . Familiarity with Delphi and ColdFusion . Demonstrated knowledge of object oriented design /programming, Design Patterns, concurrency and multi-threading and SDLC . Experience with Client/Server including service reliability, scalability, performance and monitoring .
