Citizen, GC, & EAD Client Freddie Mac in Mclean VA Title: Project Manager Location: Mclean VA Start date: 11/23/2009 End date: 01/04/2010 Project Background The person in this project manager position will be working with a Freddie Mac Business Project Director and business subject matter experts as a project team on the Duty to Serve(DTS) project. Scope & Expected Results - Manage a project team to lead effort to integration of Duty To Serve requirements and product development across the Multifamily line of business, end-to-end, and through the "life of the loan". - Develop a consolidated project plan, including timelines, deliverables and SME resources required to standardize Full Delegation processes for bonds, cash and special products. - Complete associated Guide development - Determine and develop communications and training plan. - Complete work to close BCI conditions. - Integrate ongoing changes to Duty to Serve resulting from program expansion/modifications, e.g., manufactured housing and expansion of the Section 8 and 236 products.
