Visual Studio.Net *Desirable Experience* * * Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills * * 1. Oracle, writing SQL, SQL stored procedures, and designing table structures. 2. Coding Microsoft VB.NET (Web Services, Web Forms, .Net classes) / ASP.NET web applications; and three years experience using Visual Studio .NET IDE, building and installing .NET web sites. Knowledge of accessibility compliance issues a plus. 3. Web applications built with HTML and older ASP/COM architecture. 4. Coding to meet web application security protocols. Preferably using LDAP and Netegrity SiteMinder. 5. Analyzing business processes and workflows, and working with * non-technical* staff to develop system specifications and resolve problems. 6.
