I need help with these requirements: 1.) 2 Hardware Specialists, 100% Travel. 1 will be traveling on the west coast (CA, AZ, OR, WA). 1 will be traveling on the east coast (GA, FL, NY, CT, VT, RI, DE, PA). They need to have experience having done SG5 to SG6 upgrades doing on-site support, collecting logs, troubleshooting and acceptance testing. 2.) 1 Software Specialist, No travel, based in Irving, TX. Minimum 2 yrs. experience with SGSN products doing SG upgrades (at a minimum SG4 to SG5, but SG5 to SG6 would be preferred.) Be able to troubleshoot problems independently, collect logs for further troubleshooting, and have strong communication skills. All shifts are night shifts, Sunday-Thursday. 6+ month contract.
