Job Description The candidate will work in the Member Billing Solutions development organization. The candidate’s strong experience and skills in application software analysis will offer him/her the opportunity to be a key player in the highly visible Global Member Billing Solutions (GMBS) application that is used by all Client's regions to bill its members. GMBS implements the ILog Business Rules Engine (BRE) software product running on the state of the art *Ab-Initio technology* in order to evaluate how the core Client'sNet transactions will be billed to members. The candidate will be responsible for complex project deliverables and multiple deadlines through the full development life cycle. *The candidate will have a leadership role in activities that include*: Clarifying business requirements, designing solutions to implement business requirements, data analysis of billing and Client'sNet transactions, *configuring and maintaining the* *ILog Business Rules Engine (BRE),* design and execution of system test plans, debugging software defects in a production support environment. Must be a go-getter and find expeditious solutions within a complex framework. Must be able to build a network of key technical and functional contacts within the Inovant Client'sNet applications and within the Client's regional finance organizations. Knowledge of financial applications including Billing and Accounts receivable, and/ or knowledge of core Client'sNet applications is a strong plus. Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: Supervise the testing, maintenance, and monitoring of computer programs and systems, including coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems Advise clients regarding the nature of the information processing or computation needs Advise management on current system principles and necessary updates and recommendations Supervise the expansion or modification of system to serve new purposes or improve work flow Interview or survey workers, observe job performance or perform the job to determine what information is processed and how it is processed Train staff and users to work with computer systems and programs Bachelor degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
