ONLY GREENCARD/CITIZENS Sr. Quality Assurance Analyst Essential Accountabilities include: . Test all software submissions, and report on technical quality, potential support problems, and provide recommendations for improvement. . Provide technical assistance to engineers to ensure that the final product functions properly and conforms to industry standards. . Assist in the setup and maintenance of in-house testing lab including lab configuration, configuration and overall functionality of testing equipment. . Manage all issues based upon manufacturing specifications (as needed) for approved products. . Work with Project management and lead developer on day to day basis. . Assist support analysts as needed for solving problems and updating published software for all projects assigned. . Create a status report for projects tested during the month and assist technical support personnel in solving problems reported on software in the area assigned. . Develop working relationship with quality assurance vendors. Qualifications: . Bachelor's Degree in computer science. . 5+ years experience in a software/web based testing environment. . Must have demonstrated experience in the following technologies: Adobe Flex, Java, XML, Weblogic, Apache. Technical background a plus. . Expert in manual and automation testing. . Must have experience with the following testing tools: Quality Center, Quick Test Pro. . Knowledge on load testing process using VuGen and Performance Test Center . Must have demonstrated experience in agile and waterfall methodologies. . A strong knowledge of Internet tools and multimedia authoring systems. . Excellent co-ordination/communication skills are required. Project involves working with different software development groups outside our team.
