In addition to defining requirements, this person will also test changes and work with offshore team to remediate issues with existing systems until a replacement system can be realized. This individual must show that they have worked in and have several years of experience working in a COBOL / DB2 mainframe environment. Java skills are also essential requirement for this position. A working knowledge of Powerbuilder and/ or VB.net / C#. net would also be an asset for this assignment.
