Let me know if you have someone for the below position. **** *Position: BA/QA Analyst with HIPPA exp.* *Location: Chicago, IL (Local or Nearby)* *Duration: 12 Months* *Rate: $45-50/hr* *Interview: F2F on Coming Thursday or Friday* * * *Description * BA/QA * * *BASIC FUNCTION: * This position is responsible for overseeing/coordinating process modeling of current and future state processes for claims processing and customer servicing; developing, communicating, maintaining business artifacts. Defining detailed requirements associated to future state processes, through written documentation, flow charting and facilitated sessions with current users of the system; acting as a liaison with the business unit, ITG, consultants and management; partnering with the subject matter experts (SMEs) to interpret and document requirements functional and non-functional; responsible for decision making based on present state and future state documentation of processes that impact the business; managing process documentation for multiple projects across entire lifecycle of each; working closely with business customers to ensure collaborative implementation of the prescribed solutions. In addition, this position will require assistance with evaluating requirements for testing new or modified products and documentation prior to production release. Support in developing comprehensive test strategies that is then supported through, developing, creating, and executing test plans and cases. ** ** *ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Work as a liaison among business customers to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems. Analyze business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. Define and document business, user, and functional requirements using appropriate documentation techniques to describe statements of the goals, objectives, or needs of a particular stakeholder or group of stakeholders (on projects of various complexities). Obtain consensus by facilitating communication between business unit's) and IT from initial requirements to final implementation. From a project perspective, owns the entire DM and ensure it is implemented based on customer needs. Collaborates with QA to ensure traceability of test cases to requirements. Works in partnership with QA to verify accuracy of test results and documents results. Document defects in defect tracking system. Perform re-tests to verify resolution of defects, as needed. Develop and maintain project requirement deliverables in adherence to HCSC-defined methodology. Communicate updates to project team, project leads, supervisors, and managers as required. Create and/or contribute to the development of System Test and Overall Test and Review plans. *Technical Skills REQUIRED: * 4 or more years Business Analysis Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills PC proficiency to include but not limited to MS Office. * * *Technical Skills Nice to haves** – * that will give your candidate an EDGE over others: Experience with the end-to-end claims processing systems.
