Responsible for working with HR and plant managers on how best to configure the applications to satisfy Henkel's pay practices; as well as actually doing the configuration. Set up and run requested data extracts and reports as needed. Provide 1st level IT support for interfaces between Kronos and SAP HR and ADP/ProBusiness payroll systems. Thorough knowledge and at least 2 year's hands-on experience with configuring Kronos iSeries application.
