*Job Description: *

Highly skilled to expert level in PeopleSoft compensation functionality and
compensation business processes

- Experience design phase of ERP implementations and configuration of
PeopleSoft compensation modules

- Strong working knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM suite and integration points to
compensation

- Experience leading teams in a fast paced, project based environments

- Experience interacting with senior level business resources

- Skilled in core Microsoft applications, including Visio

- Knowledge of healthcare provider organization is preferred, but not
required.
