Let me know if you have someone for the below position. *Position: Siebel CRM* *Location: Charlotte, NC* *Duration: 6 Months* *Rate: $50-55/hr* *Interview: Immediate * *Job Purpose/ Description:* Looking for a Senior Application Analyst with strong Client Relationship Management (CRM) business process knowledge including Lead and/or Opportunity Management. The focus for this position will be in support of our efforts to roll out a consistent Lead and Opportunity Management process across our client facing sales organizations. Additionally, this position will support a parallel effort in which a new sales credit attribution process will be introduced. This position will have a particular focus on helping outline the Functional aspects of the Technical Deployment Strategy to 2000+ users across the country. * * *Tasks and Responsibilities:* Serve as a Functional Team liaison between the business community and the IT Application Development (AD) organization Working closely with the Business and IT AD team, drive the development of the functional components of the Technical Deployment Strategy Assist in the formal Deployment and Conversion activities from the old Opportunity Management model to the new Opportunity Management model Review and interpret a completed Functional Design Document Strong ability to work with Business Owners and IT AD teams to communicate and review functional design Assist in the development and execution of the test plan and test cases used during IT testing Review QA test cases and provide feedback to ensure functionality is accurately System tested Have working knowledge of systems analysis, design, development, quality assurance, and integration methodologies Ensure compliance with IT policies and standards Follow rigorous SDLC and project management best practices Comply with internal Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) and other compliance related processes * * *Required education/experience:* Minimum of 5 years experience and proven success in the IT industry as an Application/Business Analyst Experience with the full project lifecycle – gathering requirements, documenting process flows, documenting designs, and assisting with testing and implementation activities Experience in CRM within Financial Services preferred Experience in Siebel CRM with focus on the Finance Vertical, Call Center (Events Module) and Sales skills a plus Experience in Deployment and Conversion strategies Very strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills Experience working with business and technical teams Ability to work independently and solve problems Ability to raise issues and potential resolutions in a timely fashion Ability to rapidly learn new technological concepts and processes Ability to work in (sometimes) unstructured environment while meeting project milestones and timelines Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio Knowledge of HP Quality Center (former Mercury ITG) a plus * * * * *Regards,* * * *Anju* *Palette IT Solutions Inc.* *Email Id: a...@paletteitsolutions.com*
