Eight (8) years of experience in .Net Framework including: VB.Net, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, VB6, Java Script, XML, WEB Service, VBScript, C#, Object oriented concepts /technologies 2. Eight (8) years experience of Oracle as Backend. Candidate should be experienced in writing very complex SQL, should have strong knowledge of oracle packages, stored procedures and functions 3. Two (2) years experience in Knowledge of SOA trends, SOA standards including web service, XML, XSLT, SOAP, WSDL, UDDI is a must *Requirements:* *Minimum of:* 1. Experience with reports development using reporting tools like Crystal Report , Web Focus, SQL Reporting Services 2. Experience and strong understanding of object-oriented analysis, development principles and techniques. 3. Strong understanding of web servers (IIS), application servers, and other elements of an internet/intranet infrastructure 4. Experience in web designing and Photoshop, Flash. 5. Extensive experience in time-critical, real-time web applications 6. Experience writing user controls and server controls 7. Ability to work well with others in a team environment, excellent communication skills, both written and oral. High motivation level and superior attention to detail *Responsibilities:* 1. Integration, Design, Coding and Implementation of complex web based software utilizing the Microsoft Dot Net Platform. 2. Responsible for reviewing requirements, analysing the impact of the requirements on development, and bringing any resulting issues to the attention of the project manager. 3. Work with the team responsible for installing software changes. Write the release notes, monitor the installation, and check it after it has been installed. 4. Participation in the development and preparation of documentation for., but not limited to, procedural, program and user documentation. 5. Participate in meetings with users to demonstrate the product. 6.
