Need 2 GIS Developers with the following skill sets: 1. Experience with ArcGIS 9.3 2. Javascript developer, experience with ESRI’s javascript API preferred 3. Java developer, experience with ESRI’s ADF (application developer framework) strongly preferred *Project Goal:* To create a GIS web application which provides: 1. Functionality from Engineering GIS sites 2. Meets the needs of Maps on Demand 3. User friendly interface 4. Provide scalability for future needs 5. Does not require extra ESRI licensing *Infrastructure:* 1. Javascript client - Javascript chosen over Flash or Silverlight. Recent additions to Javascript allow its user interface to allow similar functionality and look and feel as Flash and Silverlight. 2. Java ADF backend on Websphere for scalability and reliability 3.
