Through the use of a hands-on approach, support infrastructure applications and team initiatives. Maintain operations, gather metrics, monitor systems and troubleshoot problems to ensure the integrity of production systems in order to meet established standards. Plan and execute software upgrades, script enhancements and make recommendations targeted to enhance the efficiency, security and stability of the gateway environment. Participate in the Incident Management and Problem Management processes as a resolver accountable for root cause analysis, resolution and reporting. Ensure that all production changes are processed according to Change Management policies and procedures.
