Technical Lead-CRM ( 1 position )
Provide SAP Basis administration support to multiple SAP environments. The
SAP environment is comprised SAP CRM 5.1, ECC 6.0 and BI 7.0, and other SAP
component systems. You will support the project team in the day-to-day
activities that are necessary to implement projects. You will ensure the
environments are up-to-date with IT’s overall standards. Responsible for the
transport system management, system builds, version upgrades and add-on
installations while troubleshooting complex problems and performing detailed
analysis for the SAP systems.
5 years SAP Basis technical experience in SAP CRM 5.1, ECC 6.0 BI 7 (Leasing
Modules), with Global implementations and 1000+ concurrent users with
multi-terabyte sized SAP Production systems is strongly preferred.
Experience with J2EE is a must for this position.
Experience with Sun Solaris, Oracle Database Administration, Application &
SQL performance analysis/tuning, BW, SAP Portals, ITS, SAP EBP, ESS, MSS,
WAS 620/640, Netweaver, SAP APO, and WinNT. Experience with mySAP ERP is
advantageous to the role.
Strong team player and able to work independently as well as in a team
environment.
Strong communication skills, the ability to work with minimal supervision,
and a strong commitment to meet deadlines in a dynamic team environment are
also required

BSA ( 1 position )

SAP senior-level Business System Analyst with experience in SAP Managerial,
CRM Leasing and Accounting (FI/CO), ABAP and Workflow.
Candidate should have extensive business process and functional knowledge,
demonstrating understanding of business processes and how the SAP
application can support the business processes. Candidate must have a proven
track record of working independently and as a team member. Experience in
high-complexity, multi-system architecture a plus. Candidates should have
deep expertise in all stages/phases of a system development life cycle,
including business requirements definition, design, specification
documentation, configuration/ development, testing, cutover and
post-implementation support

Position: 3
Technical Lead-
This position is responsible for CRM configuration; day to day management,
planning, execution and on-time delivery of the CRM team’s tasks and
deliverables.
• Provide SAP CRM Pricing, Billing and Master Data expertise to the team,
• Assure all project documents (such as process flows, functional and
technical designs project status reports, etc.) are complete and archived as
appropriate
• Communicate, resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely manner
• Ensure team meets all stakeholder and project objectives
• Lead the team in configuration of the SAP CRM modules as necessary-
6 – 8 years of SAP implementation experience
• 5 – 6 years of SAP consulting experience
• Expertise in SAP Leasing
•At least 3 end-to-end implementations experience
• At least 2 end-to-end implementations CRM team lead, team of 4 -6
resources consisting of client and consultants
• Strong leadership and time management capabilities
• Strong knowledge of ASAP methodology
• Strong knowledge of SAP CRM module offerings and its integration points
• SAP certification in CRM
• Strong Consulting skills (communication, presentation, people &
interpersonal, organizational, facilitation
• Prior experience with large consulting firms
• Finance and accounting background
