[Templates] 2.08 build failure on Redhat 8.0

Template Toolkit 2.08 fails to build on my new Redhat 8.0 box with perl 5.8.0 t/autoform.t fails but this seems to be a known, and unresolved, problem with Text::Autoformat [ http://makeashorterlink.com/?C3C252942 ] t/html.t fails with an error. MATCH FAILED input: [[% TRY; "Léon Brocard"
